سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

• Returns and exchanges are available within 3 days from receiving your order.
• الاسترجاع والاستبدال متاح خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب.

• Please inspect your order carefully in front of the courier before accepting it. We are not responsible for any issues reported after the courier leaves.
• يرجى معاينة الطلب جيدًا أمام مندوب الشحن قبل الاستلام، ونحن غير مسؤولين عن أي مشكلة يتم الإبلاغ عنها بعد مغادرة المندوب.

• If there is an issue with the size, color, or quality, only the shipping fees must be paid and the order can be refused upon delivery.
• في حالة وجود مشكلة في المقاس أو اللون أو الجودة، يتم دفع رسوم الشحن فقط ويمكن رفض الطلب وقت الاستلام.

• If the product has a manufacturing defect or a wrong item was delivered, the order can be refused with no shipping fees while the courier is present.
• في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع أو استلام منتج خاطئ، يمكن رفض الطلب بدون دفع أي رسوم شحن أثناء وجود مندوب الشحن.

• A 90 EGP fee will be charged if the order is inspected and refused upon delivery.
• يتم دفع 90 جنيه في حالة معاينة الطلب ورفض الاستلام.

• Exchange shipping fees range from 120 EGP to 150 EGP depending on the location.
• رسوم شحن الاستبدال تبدأ من 120 جنيه إلى 150 جنيه حسب المحافظة أو المنطقة.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة وغير مغسولة وبحالتهـا الأصلية.

• Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• المنتجات المخفضة أو الموجودة ضمن العروض لا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها.
